Only the finest catch of Visayan herring is skillfully salted, sun-dried, scaled, expertly filleted and b***d, and carefully packed in Kalipayan secret gourmet sauces, which still hasn't been duplicated since its humble beginnings. Our manufacturing process is in accordance with strict quality control procedures, having passed the most stringent kitchen tests and consumer tastes.
