Looking for a delicious dish idea na madaling i-prepare? 💛 This Adobong Gata with Mushrooms is for you! 🍄 Try this recipe at home with Jolly Mushrooms and Jolly Coconut Milk! 👇🏻

Adobong Manok sa Gata with Jolly Mushrooms

Ingredients:
1 kg chicken (cut into serving pieces)
1 can Jolly Whole Mushrooms (drained)
1 cup Jolly Coconut Milk (gata)
¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup vinegar
5 cloves garlic (minced)
1 onion (sliced)
2–3 bay leaves
1 tsp whole peppercorns
1 tbsp cooking oil
1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional, for extra umami)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp sugar (optional, to balance the flavor)

Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a pan. Gisahin ang garlic at onion hanggang maging fragrant at slightly golden.
2. Add chicken pieces and cook until lightly browned on all sides.
3. Pour in soy sauce, vinegar, bay leaves, and peppercorns.
4. Add a little water (about ½ cup), then cover and simmer for 20–25 minutes until chicken is tender.
5. Add Jolly Whole Mushrooms and Jolly Coconut milk. Mix gently. Simmer on low heat until the sauce thickens and becomes creamy.
6. Add oyster sauce (optional), sugar, and adjust salt/pepper to taste.

Easy Strawberry Mochi

Ingredients:
For the mochi dough
1 cup glutinous rice flour (malagkit flour)
1/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup water
1 tsp strawberry flavoring
1 tbsp oil

Filling
1/2–1 cup Jolly Strawberry Pie Filling & Topping
1 cup all purpose cream (chilled)

For coating
1/4 cup cornstarch (or extra glutinous rice flour toasted)

Procedure
1. In a bowl, mix glutinous rice flour and sugar. Add water, strawberry flavoring and oil. Mix until smooth.
2. Cook the mixture in a pan over low heat while stirring continuously until it becomes thick and stretchy.
3. Prepare the dough. Sprinkle cornstarch on a clean surface. Place the cooked mochi dough on top and let it cool slightly.
4. Whip the all-purpose cream until thick and double its size.
5.Divide the dough into small pieces. Flatten each piece with rolling pin. Add the whipped all purpose cream and strawberry pie filling in the center. Pinch and seal the dough to form a ball.
6. Roll the mochi lightly in cornstarch to prevent sticking

Ingredients:
1 cup Jolly Whole Kernel Corn, drained
2 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp all-purpose cream
¼ cup grated cheese
1 tbsp butter
Chili flakes (optional)
Calamansi juice (optional)
Extra cheese and spring onions for topping

Instructions:
1. In a pan, melt butter then add Jolly Whole Kernel Corn.
2. Sauté for 1–2 minutes. Add mayonnaise and cream, then mix until creamy.
3. Stir in the grated cheese and cook until slightly melted.
4. Transfer to cups and top with more cheese, chili flakes, and a squeeze of calamansi if desired.
5. Serve warm and enjoy your Mexican-Style Sweet Corn Cups at home!

JOLLY CORN AND MUSHROOM CHEESE BOMBS
Ingredients:
1 cup Jolly Whole Kernel Corn
½ cup chopped Jolly Mushrooms
½ cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or quickmelt)
2 tbsp mayonnaise or cream
2–3 tbsp flour or cornstarch
Salt & pepper
Breadcrumbs
1 egg (for coating)
Oil for frying

Quick Steps:
1. Drain the corn and mushrooms well.
2. Mix corn + chopped mushrooms + cheese + mayo + flour + seasoning.
3. Scoop and form into small balls.
4. Dip in egg → coat in breadcrumbs.
5. Fry until golden and crispy.
