So you mga Boss! We’ll be implementing changes to our Layaway Terms & Conditions effective immediately.

Lately, we’ve been receiving more layaway cancellations without prior notice. As much as we want to be flexible, Sneaker 8 also takes the risk when reserving pairs for customers — especially since some pairs may decrease in value over time while they are on hold.

To keep things fair for both our customers and our shop, we will be implementing stricter layaway rules moving forward.

Updated layaway terms include:

✅ ₱1,000 downpayment required to reserve
✅ Payment period of up to 3 months
✅ First payment starts 1 month after DP date
✅ Missed payments will have a 10-day grace period
✅ Unpaid after grace period = automatic cancellation and no refund (with or without prior notice)
✅ If buyer chooses to cancel, only 50% of partial payments will be refunded
✅ Downpayment is non-refundable
✅ No changing of item, size, or colorway once DP is sent
