We are honored to celebrate with NatFed at the Hog Festival 2026 as the entire country commemorates the 128th Philippine Independence Day 🇵🇭🐷

Part 1: Porklabanan: The Great Pinoy Pork Culinary Wars featuring the talented student chefs from:
• Lyceum of the Philippines University
• Far Eastern University
• Our Lady of Fatima University
• De La Salle College of St. Benilde Antipolo

Held on a very meaningful day for the country, the event became more than just a culinary competition. It was a celebration of Filipino talent, creativity, and pride through the use of local Pinoy pork. The competition was both fun and inspiring as the four schools showcased their skills, passion, and culinary excellence.

As NatFed Chairman Mr. Chester Tan shared:
“The event inspires our future chefs, our students, and the consuming public to choose and champion local Pinoy pork whenever possible. Every time we support local products, we support Filipino jobs, Filipino families, and Filipino communities.”

Was für ein fulminanter Abschluss – nach drei produktiven Tagen endete unser siebtes International Agents' Meeting gestern Abend mit einer großen Feier direkt am Ufer des Bosporus.

Drei Tage, 74 Fachvorträge - im Fokus der Diskussionen standen vor allem fünf fundamentale Veränderungen des Marktes und die Chancen, die sich durch uns als Marktführer bieten. Digitalisierung und Automatisierung. Tierwohl und Kreislaufwirtschaft. Und nicht zuletzt Biosicherheit.

Als Josef Meerpohl vor rund 40 Jahren Big Dutchman übernahm, hatte das Unternehmen 85 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter. Heute sind wir weltweit mehr als 3500 - und über 800 Agenten, die unsere Kunden in allen Ecken der Welt betreuen.
