A tailor-made state-of-the-art winery and olive press combined with specialist skills and human passion provide all the tools needed for optimal production of the wines, the olive oils and the verjus of Quinta dos Sentidos.

No Algarve, perto de Silves, uma pequena herdade vinícola

familiar está prestes a ver a luz do dia. Com as nossas raízes na Suíça e na Dinamarca e um passado em empregos corporativos, estamos agora vivendo o nosso sonho e mudámos para uma vida não menos exigente de trabalhar nas vinhas e na adega com paixão, entusiasmo e respeito pela natureza. Três hectares de uvas tintas estabelecidas há quatro anos e meio hectare de uvas brancas plantadas na primavera de 2016 viram-nos fazer nossos primeiros vinhos de garagem na nossa nova adega feita à medida, em setembro de 2016. Uma produção de azeite em pequena escala provinda das muitas oliveiras maduras localizadas nos terrenos irá complementar os vinhos.

A sunset filled with warm company, beautiful surroundings, lovely food, exceptional wines (if we may say so), and the smooth sounds of Silves Filarmónica Combo made for a truly special celebration of music, culture, and local flavours.
