DS Cellars conducts Wine appreciation Masterclasses and also procures wines for its private customers. Our in house wine

expert holds a WSET Level 3 Certification and is both French Wine Scholar and Italian Wine Scholar. He is also a Certified Specialist of Wine. Being an ex bistro-owner as well, we firmly believe in the beauty of food and wine pairing. Some evenings remind us why we love what we do.

Together with No Menu, we had the pleasure of hosting an intimate dinner celebrating the wines of Stella di Campalto and Gianluca Mazzella. Guests enjoyed a lineup that showcased the elegance of Montalcino alongside the depth and character of Taurasi, with each wine thoughtfully paired with the evening’s menu.

A special highlight of the night was having both Stella and Gianluca join us live via Zoom to share the stories behind their wines, vineyards, and winemaking philosophies. It brought a personal touch to the evening and gave everyone the opportunity to hear directly from the producers despite the distance.
