Sometimes it's easy to question ourselves.... As business owners....

Am I making the right decision?

Will this work?

Will this last?

Do I have what it takes????

This dish that Chris Cizek ( our head chef and COO ) put together for a recent group of golfers just wanting several courses of high quality food after their round of golf.... Was simply spectacular.... And this was only 1 of the courses....

I say all this to say....

Always take risks, bet on yourself, believe in a dream, and go after it with all you have.... BECAUSE NO ONE ELSE WILL DO IT FOR YOU!!!

Thank you Chris for believing in us, teaming up with us, and making effort every day to create something spectacular.... Together we can.... Together we will....

Ps: I'll let him tell you about the dish.... it was melty, savory, salty, and sweet, in a beautiful kind of way... Think we'll go ahead and serve it at Taste on Sat night - check out website for more info....

LUNCH: ( Inside dining )
- Serving lunches that can literally turn a bad day into an enjoyable day! Wed - Sat 11-2.

DINNER: 2 options
1. Patio ( Outside ) Scratch Kitchen Food Trailer. Fri / Sat 5-8.
2. What we are now calling TASTE. Indoors. 12 person table. Reservation only. Sat nights 7:00. Chefs menu. 5 courses. Life changing. Experience driven.

Want to stay at home but enjoy Forge? Options are:
- Take home meals.
- Private chef.
- Catering.

Express food trailer is pulling to Shawnee Skies and setup Fri / Sat / Sun for a massive shooting contest!

Carrots down first. Season.
Then broccoli and onion. Soy.
Crisp the rice.
Salmon slow cook.
Egg down.
Season.

Combine.

Top with fresh green onion and house sauces with a touch of red pepper flakes.
