We are thankful as a team to be growing, changing, and ever evolving - along with our dishes and imaginations.

- Traditional Lamb and Beef Gyro 🤯

STEP 1.
- Beef and lamb, sous vide for 6 hours with traditional seasonings and herbs.

STEP 2.
- Grill pita bread.

STEP 3.
- Shave the beef and lamb and gently toast it on the grill with roasted garlic butter.

STEP 4.
- Top it off with our fresh veggies, house made tzatziki sauce, and sprinkle with pickled onions.

Fresh.... Traditional.... Time invested.... It's what we do....

We are enjoying serving lunches at Rose Rock, our new base of operations!

We are geared up for a HUGE month coming up here in September! Bring on the cooler weather!

Food trucks rolling.

Catering gigs.

In home cheffing nights.

Patio event coming up ( Live music Sep 19th )
