🔥 Peach Pesto Pizza is BACK 🔥⁠

Y’all gave this pizza so much love last year, we had to team up with again to bring back this summer favorite. ⁠

Dr. Pete’s Georgia-born dough mix, Red Clay’s hot honey, and sweet summer peaches come together for one mighty fine southern summer slice. 🤝⁠

You know you want to try this one! ⁠🍑

Ingredients:
Dr. Pete’s quick rise pizza dough, prepared⁠
1/2 cup pesto⁠
8 oz. Burrata⁠
2 peaches, sliced⁠
6 slices of bacon, cooked & crumbled⁠
1/4 cup parmesan cheese⁠
Fresh basil leaves⁠
Red Clay hot honey⁠

Preheat oven to 450.⁠
Prepare Pizza dough according to package directions. Spread out into two medium rounds. Top with basil, torn burrata, peach slices, bacon and parmesan. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Top with basil and hot honey. Enjoy!

I dip, you dip, we dip! 🥕⁠

April showers brought us May flowers with this spring veggie board. 🌸 We paired it with our creamy Parmesan Garlic Dressing as a dip, and it was just as delicious as it was fun to make. 😍⁠

👉 Fun fact: There’s a dip recipe right on the back of the dressing package. Give it a try with some fresh veggies or your favorite crackers!⁠

🥦 Broccoli Crunch Salad 🥦⁠

Our Sweet Onion Dressing is key here. 👌 With just a little chopping, you’ve got a fresh, flavorful salad ready in minutes!⁠ It is just as good the next day which makes it great for meal prep. ⁠

Bring it to a BBQ, serve it at dinner, or keep it in the fridge for easy lunches.⁠

Here's how we made it👇️

Ingredients
Dr. Pete’s Sweet Onion Dressing⁠
4 cups broccoli⁠
4 cups cauliflower⁠
2 pieces celery, diced⁠
½ cup red onion, diced⁠
½ cup unsweetened dried cranberries⁠
1 cup almonds (or nut of choice)⁠
1 Pink Lady Apple, diced⁠
salt and pepper to taste⁠

Instructions:
In a small bowl, prepare dressing according to package. In a large bowl, combine all of the salad ingredients. Pour dressing over salad and toss.⁠

*Note: This recipe serves 8. Change quantities based on desired serving size.⁠⁠

Our Southern Biscuit Mix makes quick and easy monkey bread, so naturally we had to make a blueberry version while berries are at their best 🫐⁠

Layers of cinnamon sugar, fresh blueberries, and Tea Jams Blueberry Earl Grey Jam come together for a loaf that’s sweet, jammy, and everything we want in a summer bake.⁠

You know you want to make this one. 😍

Ingredients
Dr. Pete’s Southern Biscuit Mix
Tea Jams Blueberry Earl Grey Jam
⅓ cup brown sugar
1½ Tbsp. cinnamon
¼ cup butter, melted
Fresh blueberries

Icing
½ cup powdered sugar
1 tsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract

⁠Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F and butter a loaf pan.

Prepare biscuit dough according to package directions. Divide into bite-sized pieces and roll into balls.

Combine brown sugar and cinnamon in one bowl. Melt butter in another.

Sprinkle the bottom of the loaf pan with cinnamon sugar and a handful of blueberries. Dip each dough ball in melted butter, roll in cinnamon sugar, and place in the pan. Spoon 2 spoonfuls of jam over the layer, then add more blueberries. Repeat with remaining dough. Top with 2 more spoonfuls of jam, extra blueberries, and drizzle with any remaining butter and cinnamon sugar.

Bake 25–30 minutes, until golden brown. Cool slightly, then invert onto a serving plate.

Whisk icing ingredients until smooth. Drizzle over the loaf or serve on the side for dipping.
