IMPORTANT EVENT UPDATE : ALTUS SUMMER SMOOTH JAZZ

It is with tremendous disappointment that we must announce the cancellation of Sunday’s Altus Summer Smooth Jazz Concert Series event at Elysium Acres.

Elysium Acres was prepared and excited to welcome our community for a full day of music, food, vendors and fellowship. Unfortunately, we were just notified that the musical entertainment scheduled for the event will no longer be available.

Because the entire day was built around the scheduled live performances, it is simply not possible for us to recreate an event of this size and quality on such short notice.

We know many of you were looking forward to Sunday, and so were we. Our vendors were preparing, our venue was preparing, and we were excited to open our gates and welcome everyone.

We especially want our community to know that Elysium Acres remains committed to bringing quality events to Altus and Southwest Oklahoma. Sometimes circumstances outside the venue’s control require difficult decisions, and unfortunately, this is one of those times.

To everyone who planned to attend, participate, volunteer or support this event: thank you. We are incredibly disappointed that we won’t get to spend Sunday with you.

This isn’t goodbye to community events at Elysium Acres. Not even close. ❤️

Please help us spread the word by sharing this update with anyone who may have planned to attend.

Thank you to all who participated in the contest and who planned to attend this event. Unfortunately, we have to cancel. We were just notified that the musical entertainment scheduled will no longer be available.

We will however still be honoring the prize and will announce the winner tomorrow. Thank you all for your understanding!

We are currently capped/full on all food, beverage, wreaths, floral, and crochet items. MLMs are on a case by case basis, Scentsy is already represented.

So a day late, but the team here at Elysium hopes everyone had a wonderful 4th and is enjoying a delicious weekend! We have so busy this summer and will be catching up with posting this next week!
