2. Tomorrow is the last day for the May box and hopefully I will have a June box out by Tuesday...

3. Lots of folks ask about 1/4 beef and 1/2 beef, you pick the cuts and thickness. This is all 21 day dry-aged, traceable and absolutely local, check out photo....Call the Facility at 806-476-3168 for more information....I don't sell by the hanging weight, you only pay for what you take home....
