We are nestled in the beautiful rolling hills of Central Wisconsin, conveniently located 14 miles northeast of Stevens Point. Alpacas are the perfect animals to be gentle around young kids. We are raising our 4 children, Anna(19), Eli(18) & Sarah(16) & Elizabeth (12) with the balance of a good farm work ethic, along with fun & education. They help with every aspect in farm life, including feeding,
watering, p**p patrol, meds, and fence building. Their "outdoor classroom" is AWESOME! Alpacas produce one of the world's finest and most luxurious natural fibers. It is clipped from the animal without causing it injury. Soft as cashmere and warmer, lighter and stronger than wool, it comes in more colors than any other fiber producing animal (approximately 22 basic colors with many variations and blends).This cashmere-like fleece, once reserved for Incan royalty, is now enjoyed by spinners and weavers around the world. We raise breeding stock and have over 40 alpacas for sale. Just as there are a variety of colors they come in, there are a variety of qualities to choose from. We have breeding stock for those that want to concentrate on raising alpacas, as well as pet quality alpacas for those that just enjoy having them around! We sell alpaca products as a way to promote 'Alpaca' warmth & comfort! Some products are from fiber 'pooled' with other farms to create large batches. Other products are 'retailed' from other distributors to give people a broader sampling of the incredible nature of Alpaca clothing!
