Hoje, 12 de agosto, os Açores terão a oportunidade de observar um eclipse solar! 🌑✨

Se vai assistir a este fenómeno, proteja os seus olhos e observe em segurança. 👀

⚠️ Nunca olhe diretamente para o Sol sem proteção adequada, mesmo por poucos segundos.
🕶️ Utilize apenas óculos certificados para eclipses solares, de acordo com a norma ISO 12312-2 e com marcação CE.
📱 Não observe através de telemóveis, câmaras, binóculos ou telescópios sem filtros solares apropriados.
👧👦 Supervisione sempre as crianças durante a observação.

📍 Açores: início previsto por volta das 17h34, com duração aproximada de 2 horas e ocultação máxima de cerca de 76%.

☀️🌑 SOLAR ECLIPSE — AUGUST 12 | AZORES 🌑☀️

Today, August 12, the Azores will have the opportunity to witness a solar eclipse! ✨

If you’re planning to watch this beautiful phenomenon, protect your eyes and observe safely. 👀

⚠️ Never look directly at the Sun without proper eye protection, even for a few seconds.
🕶️ Only use certified solar eclipse glasses that comply with ISO 12312-2 and have CE marking.
📱 Never view the eclipse through phones, cameras, binoculars, telescopes, or other optical devices without proper solar filters.
👧👦 Always supervise children during the observation.

📍 Azores: The eclipse is expected to begin around 5:34 PM, lasting approximately 2 hours, with maximum coverage of around 76%.

Dança de Espada e Marcha da Sé from Terceira couldn’t make it to Faial due to severe weather and cancelled flights. Semana do Mar 2026

O plano era receber e celebrar a Sé a Cantar no Faial... mas São Pedro tinha outros planos.

A tempo obrigou-nos a mudar o rumo, mas não levou a vontade de fazer acontecer. Com os elementos que já cá estavam, fizemos a festa, sempre com o pensamento em todos aqueles que, por causa do tempo, não conseguiram juntar-se a nós.

Porque quando a música une as pessoas, nem o tempo consegue estragar a festa.

Amanhã mostramos-vos um pouco desta noite especial.
