We are faith driven, family owned and operated farm located in Apollo, PA. We are just a 50 minute drive North from Pittsburgh. We offer superior quality Blueberry, Raspberry, Blackberry, Strawberry and Elderberry plants that we sell to the public. Our season for sales of plants start last week of February and lasts till first week of May. Raspberry and Blackberry plants are sold bare root and nee
d to be planted within couple days of receiving them. All of our Blueberries and Elderberries are potted they are available in few different sizes, please look at detail below. All plant varieties that we grow, we select very carefully, trying to get the best plants but also the heaviest bearers. They are all virus tested, correct variety, planting hardiness zone appropriate and disease resistant. We guarantee them for 1 year, if they will die, we will replace them for free. The only damage that we do not cover is the damage due to adverse weather conditions, like late frost or dry spells in Summer, since we cannot control the weather. As of Spring 2024 we will have plenty of blueberry plants for you to choose from. We sell three different sizes: 3,4 and 5 year old plants. The 3 year old plants are on average between 18 and 30 inches tall with few branches and well developed root system and they will produce just a little bit of fruit this year, they are $30. The 3 year old plants are anywhere 3 to 4 feet tall, with well developed crown, great root system and will produce some fruit this year, they are $40. The 5 year old plants are available in limited quantities and they tend to sell out the fastest. They are anywhere between 4 to 5 feet tall wit well developed root system, thick crown branches and they will produce fruit this year, they are $75. Our raspberries are sold bare root and they have to be planted in couple days after receiving them. In Spring 2024 we will have 5 colors, 9 different varieties available. 4 red varieties, three everbeairng and one June bearing and one of each black, purple, yellow and gold. Red varieties are $6 a plant, yellow and gold are $8 a plant and purple are $10 a plant. We sell black raspberries in two different sizes, 3 year well established, larger plants are $25 apiece and younger, 2 year old plants are $15 a plant. Our Blackberries are sold bare root as well. We have 4 varieties available, they are all thornless and they are also being sold as bare root. Our Elderberry plants are being sold in two different sizes, 1 year old plants are $20 a piece and they are about 12 inches tall. Two year old plants are $30 a piece and they are about 2-3 feet tall. We will also advise you, to our best possible knowledge, how to successfully grow the plants that you purchase from our farm. Starting middle of June we open our farm to Pick Your Own Blueberries and Raspberries. We follow our Christian Faith inspired, very simple rule: Pick as much as you want, Pay as much as you want. We really appreciate your generosity in supporting our farm so we can continue the work that we were called for.
