Our little trailer, “Hatchet,” is rolling into The Harbor Bar today from 1 PM until dinner time again!
We’ll be firing up the flat top and serving up your Big Axe favorites — hot, fresh, and made to order.
Grab a drink, enjoy the view, hang out for a while, and let Hatchet handle the food. 😎

❤️🪓 LIGHT THE NIGHT… WOW. 🪓❤️

Tonight was absolutely CRAZY! in the very best way.

To every single person who came out to see us, stood in that long line, waited patiently for your food, smiled at us through the window, joked with our crew, and showed us nothing but kindness… THANK YOU.

Seriously. We noticed it.

When that line just kept growing and the tickets kept coming, you guys were AMAZING. You understood that we make your food fresh and made to order. You understood that good food takes a little time when we’re getting absolutely rocked. 😂 And instead of frustration, we were met with patience, encouragement, laughs, compliments, and so many genuinely sweet people. Even when we had mix ups or when our pesto fries were a flop. Everyone was so great.

That means more to us than you probably realize.

Food truck life can be chaotic. Nights like tonight are exhausting, fast-paced, sweaty, loud and a little bit insane. 😂 But then we look out and see a line full of people choosing Big Axe Chops and it reminds us exactly why we love doing this.

Thank you for supporting our little family owned business.

Thank you for understanding what we do and how we do it.
And most of all, thank you for just being really freaking awesome customers.

Ya'll! A customer asked for our chopped chicken, peppers and onions on top of our garlic pesto fries. So i had to try it for myself! 10/10 definitely recommend!! Try this special out tonight at Area509 !!! And look at the lineup up!!!

Alright guys.. ya'll who came out to Area509 last night gave us a run for our money! We sold out of every last smash burger! We had a lot of chopped sandwiches go out too but damn, those smash burgers got swiped right up!
Thanks for having patience with our 10 year old at the register 🩵 she was fully planning on enjoying Fox Pop and listening to John Steltz Live 😅 sorry kiddo apparently we underestimated our smash burger fans! 😝🍔👏🔥
