We will be smoking baby back ribs on Saturday 6/20/26–pickup between 3pm- 5:45pm.

2 racks of fall off the bone smoked baby back ribs for $22.

Add two jumbo smoked jalapeño cheddar brats for $8!

They are marinating now, and will be topped and finished with sweet baby rays unless otherwise specified.

Ostrich is back in stock ! We have ground, 1/3 lb Patties, pearl steaks, and a few neck roasts. In addition, our alpha gal safe options include:
