A Pale Mosaic is one of our favorite year-round beers!

Centered around Mosaic hops, our American Pale Ale has been brewed since 2012, back when Mosaic was still an experimental variety and simply called HBC 369.

Classic, clear, dank, tropical, and vibrant 🍻

Who wants to see this make a return in 2024?? ✋

Our patio is open, the sun is shining, and we have beer!

That last part is especially important, might we suggest a fresh pour of Walk in the Park Hazy Pale🍺

Full of ripe citrus, grapefruit, tangerine, and pineapple, this pale ale should treat you just right.

Open until 8pm tonight, join us!

What We Believe

We brewed our first batch of beer in October of 2011 and have been committed to creating fantastic beer for our community in a sustainable manner since day one. We focus our sustainability efforts in the areas of environmental stewardship, community involvement, and industry leadership. We continually implement sustainable systems in our brewery such as recycling hot water for cleaning purposes, recapturing CO2 from the fermentation process and using it to carbonate our beer, as well as operate our brewery on 100% wind power. We're making our community greener through giving 1-5% of our annual revenue to local environmental non-profits, and we support our local community growers & producers. One way we do this is by donating our spent brewing grain to local farmers as well as use it to make Brew Biscuit dog treats. Find our recyclable cans in local grocery stories and beer purveyors or stop by the taproom any day of the week from 10 AM to 10 PM! Photography by PinpointImagery.com
