Tucked up in the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune, Morgane Seuillot (born and raised in Burgundy) and Christian Knott (an Aussie who found his way to the Côte d’Or) farm just a couple of hectares of vines by horse and by hand. Their high-altitude plots ripen slowly and late, giving wines with real freshness and energy. Nothing added, nothing taken away: native yeasts, old barrels, no fining, no filtration, no sulfur. Even the labels are handmade at an old paper mill, with real pressed flowers. 🌸

🍷 2022 Pinot de Zinc: Whole-cluster Pinot Noir from a dry, concentrated vintage. Expect darker fruit, depth, and a long mineral finish. Built for the table and for the cellar.

🍏 2024 C***r: Same hands, same zero-intervention approach, applied to fruit from the orchard. Bright, wild, and a perfect sidekick to the Pinot.

These are tiny-production bottles from one of natural Burgundy’s most sought-after little domaines, and they don’t stick around long. Grab yours while you can. 👇

First Tuesday of every month = we’re cracking into the new bottles that just hit the Shack.

If you know Tomas Allen Sinor , you know there are going to be some geeky, off-the-beaten-path wines in the mix, plus a few bottles that inspired Esmée Sinor on her travels.

These are bottles we’re excited about but would normally never be able to pour BTG, so this is your chance to taste through them without committing to the whole bottle.

Everything we open will be available by the glass all day, plus 15% off bottles to-go and 30% off bottles to drink here.

Les Flâneurs is a small négociant house founded by Laurence and Nina, who released their first vintage in 2020 after working at Domaine Dandelion in the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune. The fruit comes from organically farmed vines in Igé, in the Mâconnais. It’s hand-harvested, fermented in stainless steel, and bottled unfined, unfiltered, and without added sulfur.

In the glass: bright citrus, white flowers, and a salty, mineral finish. It’s easy to drink now and has the structure to age a few years.

Pair it with: oysters, goat cheese, or anything off the grill.

“Flâneur” means stroller, someone who wanders without a destination. This bottle has that same unhurried, joyful spirit. Offshore Wines
