Hello Pot Pie Nation,
This was one of my favorite weekends ever. The weather was perfect, and the low humidity and bright sunshine attracted hundreds of our wonderful customers to farmers markets from Havre De Grace to the District. I personally only vend at one or two markets per week, but I love it. All of your kind words and generosity really fuel me, giving the energy to hand make more than 600 pies every week. A question I got a lot this weekend was "Beef Bourguignon WHEN?". Well, I smoked my last brisket of the summer today (insert joke here) and next week I will switch from smoking the beef to braising it in a case of Burgandy. So my friends, please look for the BURR-GON-YON at the start of September.☮☮☮☮

Chef Dad Pot Pies: Happy Monday Pot Pie Nation,
Our delicious pies are made with only the best ingredients. Last week I purchased the most spectacular tomatoes at Fells Point Farmers Market from Allbright Farms of Monkton. All the ruby red tomatoes needed was a quick roast with a little flake salt, evoo & garlic to reach the height of flavor. I topped the tomatoes with fresh local mozzarella, creamy ricotta and our perfect pie crust and the Margherita Tomato Pie was ready to sell at our 12 farmers markets.

Hello Pot Pie Nation, just a bit dreary today but this is the perfect weather to enjoy a delicious pot pie.
Personally, I would recommend a Smoked Bbq Beef Brisket pie and some pre-season NFL or better yet Arsenal’s Premier league season premiere!

Good morning Pot Pie nation! It is an absolutely glorious day down on the Baltimore waterfront in Fells Point. Every week it seems the Farmers bring more and more varieties above beautiful Produce, the same delicious farm fresh ingredients that I turned into our amazing Pot Pie pies.
You can also find Chef Dad pot pies in Bel-Air, Havre de Grace, Crofton and Northwest Dc at Uptown farmers Market.
