Change… It's a funny topic when you start to really think through the process it takes to create a change in our life.

When you consider what you want to change in your life, are you prepared for what that reality actually looks like? Are you mentally and physically capable of executing this change you seek?

With each desire for change, there is a consequence of countless hours of hard work and dedication to successfully make the change you seek, your new reality. Oftentimes the change we seek is like an onion, with layers of goals to accomplish. And yes, sometimes those layers will bring tears to your eyes as you unveil tasks and truths you didn’t even know were part of said change. But this is the beauty of life and learning. The evolution of bringing your desires to a reality can be a tricky self evaluation process.

This is true for every aspect of your life:
Training a horse
Keeping a clean house
Being healthy
Building relationships
Growing a garden
Changing careers
Travel more

None of these goals or changes is a single task. Each requires countless hours of hard work and dedication.

My biggest suggestion is to embrace the journey and soak in each moment so you can learn and grow from each experience…. Making the most of this beautiful gift called life.

Also… remember everyone is going through their own chapters of change, and not everyone's journey looks the same. Be kind to those around you.
