Last month, the Finger Lakes Wine Alliance held their 11th annual Riesling Camp and we were honored to be asked to cater the final dinner at Weis Vineyards.

We've worked with the Wine Alliance and with Weis on many past events. Both have been a pleasure to work with and being asked to cater their events time and again is a huge compliment. Looking forward to future collaborations!

Yesterday, we catered lunch for a wellness conference at the RMSC Cu***ng Nature Center in Naples. The menu was simple and fresh- an assortment of wraps, salad, fresh fruit, and dessert.

It was perfect weather and the nature center is really cool. If you haven't been yet, definitely check it out!

Yesterday marked the first 1886 Wine Experience of the season at Dr. Frank's, and we were honored to once again partner with the winery to help tell the story of the vineyards through food. This month’s theme, Awakening, inspired a pairing plate built around the fragile, vibrant energy of spring — spinach, peas, arugula, and other fresh green elements echo the vineyard’s earliest moments of renewal.

These menus are some of our favorite creative projects each year. Every bite is thoughtfully designed to reflect the season, the wines, and the experience as a whole. Huge thanks to the winery team for inviting us to be part of this award-winning experience again this season.
