Kept it simple tonight, just a 🐓 salad. Greens courtesy of Soylent Greens Produce, fried chicken strips seasoned with “Lemon Pepper Hot Chicken” rub from Elevation Spice Co. served up with some carrot, scallion, tomato, smoked gouda and finished with some smoked pork jowl bacon from Heritage Hill Farm and fried won tons.

With the 2025 season wrapped up, we’d like to take a moment to thank our community for your continued support. Without you, there would be no Elevation Spice Co.

We’d also like to thank the Bayfield Farmers Market for giving us a place to call home and a platform to share our products.

The offseason is a time to reflect on the past year and shape our vision for the season ahead. Winter for us means time in the lab—experimenting, researching, and developing new recipes.

In just five short years, our products have reached multiple continents, touching the soil of countries such as England, Ireland, and Argentina, and spanning coast to coast—from California to Maine, Texas to Indiana, Oklahoma to Wyoming, and everywhere in between.

To reach so many places around the globe, all originating right here in Bayfield, Colorado, is truly amazing. Thank you so very much. See ya next season.
