Hey everyone, not pelmeni related but take a look at my first ever home baked sourdough bread! Two loaves this round. It turned out surprisingly well with good flavor and texture.
Traditionally, I believe, pelmeni would be served with rye bread but wouldn’t a nice warm slice of fresh sourdough bread be a perfect side 🙂.
Maybe ill add it to the menu when I get my food cart up and running!
