We've come a long way since this project started over two years. It's time for us to take the next step here at the lair. We will be doing an additional round of renovations on our spot and temporarily closing our doors for the construction after this weekend, we will be operating through Sunday 10/13.

There will be interior work done on the front side as well as the kitchen. Expect us to reopen with a slightly redesigned concept and some new offerings for you guys! Renovations are expected to take until February 2025. We are super appreciative for the support we have received here in Bend and will miss you guys. Come visit us in Redmond in the meantime. Seeya all soon!

Once upon a time, in the verdant fields of the Hop Kingdom, there lived a brave warrior known as the Hedge Knight. Clad in armor made of the freshest hops, he wandered the lands, bringing balance between bitterness and boldness to all who sought him. His mission: to defend the realm from bland brews and lackluster flavors.

Every year, when the harvest moon rose, the Hedge Knight would hand-pick the finest, most aromatic hops from the fields. With each hop, he forged an elixir—a brew bursting with floral, citrusy notes, balanced with the perfect touch of earthy bitterness. His creation? The legendary Hedge Knight Fresh Hop IPA.
