Mission: An educational center located on a forty-acre ranch on Bend’s west side offering families, schools and individuals programs in how to become more food self-sufficient - starting with designing microclimates at home that mimic the patterns of nature and extend Central Oregon's short growing season. Vision:Our long-range goal is to expand into economically distressed, former logging towns i

n Central Oregon that are true food deserts. We will teach residents to build backyard farms, then help them to develop local food-based businesses.Committed to strengthening local food security, developing sustainable micro-farming methods and providing local pesticide and herbicide free food to the Bend community.
