Tomorrow is National Dessert Day, not like we need an excuse to have dessert! Since we have entered pumpkin season, we thought you might be inspired to make one of our staff's FAVORITE Fall treats - Pumpkin Cheesecake Bars. Of course, the star ingredient is our Pumpkin Pie Spice.

This recipe sounds complex, but it is actually quite easy to make and is the perfect combination of a pumpkin pie and a cheesecake. You can also make it gluten-free.

Urfas. Have you tried them???

Urfa biber chile flakes bring deeper color and a bolder bite than typical crushed red pepper or Aleppo chiles. Also known as Isot pepper, these purplish-black flakes come from the Turkish town of Urfa and offer a rich, slightly smoky heat that lands around a 3–4 on the scale.

They have a beautiful color and add the perfect warmth to any dish. And their smell is out of this world. It almost has a raisinesque quality, if that’s a thing.

Brrr outside. That can only mean it is time for Soup Season!!! We are kicking it off with our Toasty Tomato Bisque Spice and Easy. This one only needs three ingredients to make a delicious warm and comforting soup. Pair it with a grilled cheese and as Lauryn says you have a classic combo.

It was an intensive search, but we finally have found the perfect Pacific Northwest mustard to sell in the shop. Introducing WE MUST mustard. These are considered dipping mustard because they go beyond the average sandwich spread with an elevated flavor.

We have two options right now in the Old Mill district so drop by and ask for a sample!
