Stoked to be part of the Oregon Agricultural Trustโs โCheers to the Landโ collaboration this year that raises awareness and funds for protecting farm and ranch land across Oregon.
You all know we put a little bit of Oregon terroir in EVERY single one of our beers. From our lagers and IPAโs to our 100% Oregon ingredient Saisons, thereโs either barley, wheat, yeast, hops or fruit grown right here in Oregon, in every glass; OAT is helping make sure we can continue to do just that ๐ค
We decided to highlight a couple of our favorite Oregon grown ingredients in this Wild Saison, starting with Marionberries. We get quite a few berries here in Oregon but each time we use Marionberry we are blown away by its jammy, deep purple fruit roll up vibes that always shine through in the beer.
Next is FRESH Wasabi root grown right along the coast by . We were pretty excited to find out that it was even possible to grow Wasabi here in Oregon, and even more stoked to learn that fresh Wasabi tastes absolutely amazing, and in our opinion far succeeds anything cut with horseradish, as most of us have only experienced it. Highly recommend!
