Rotonda di Rossi African Red Eggplant, also known as Melanzana Rossa di Rotonda, is one of the most unusual eggplants we grow. Based on a request from one of our restaurant partners - Chef Ian Winslade, we planted them for the first time this year. We are glad we did, as we have really enjoyed both....

It was a long harvest day but we are so happy it concluded with some much needed RAIN 🌧. Check out a few of these photos we took today.

We know a lot of y'all will be loading up for Memorial Day wekeend so we went hard on harvesting. The variety we will have at the .springs.farmers.market and Farmers Markets tomorrow is insane. Remember, both markets are RAIN OR SHINE! Come see us until Noon tomorrow!
