We’ve been a little behind on sharing updates about our new Longhorn calf’s… but we’re officially at 3 and counting—all heifers so far! 🤍
Our first calf had a bit of a rough start. Her mama didn’t take to her, so she’s been living the good life at the house as a bottle baby. She’s now thriving, absolutely loves feeding time, and has earned the nickname Pickles! 🍼
Our second heifer also had a rocky beginning, but we were able to get her reunited with her mama, and she’s doing great now. Both of these mamas are first-timers, so they’re still figuring things out.
And today, we welcomed heifer number three! Her coloring is just beautiful—we can’t wait to watch her grow.
We’re so excited to see how many more babies this year will bring! 🐄💛
