This German potato salad-inspired dish with sardines will be the hit at your next summer gathering! 🐟

Ingredients:
1 tin BELA sardines
3lbs red potatoes
1 medium-sized white onion
2 garlic cloves
2tsp dried dill
Bunch of fresh parsley (chopped)
1/3 cup Dijon mustard
1/3 cup Olive oil
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Boil potatoes
2. Sautee onion and garlic in pan while potatoes are boiling (until onions are soft)
3. Chop herbs

Vinaigrette:
4. Combine mustard and vinegar
5. Drizzle in olive oil to mustard and vinegar mix while using blending method of choice
6. Add salt and pepper to taste

7. Mix all ingredients thoroughly once potatoes are fully cooked and cooled.
8. Add full sardines on top or break them into smaller pieces to distribute throughout.
9. Serve and enjoy!
