Hi folks! 👋

Today we’d like to share the inspiration for one of Rags’ favorite blends. It’s JackHammer! Rags was experimenting with roasts late one night when he happened upon a couple of origin options. He took a dash of high grown naturally processed Indonesian Sumatra and added washed Central and South American beans and roasted the blend to a Viennese level. Not too dark, not too light. ☕️ This level lends itself to the perfect profile. Bold & Earthy with no bitterness.
