As deer season concludes shortly, I am assessing interest in an alternative product. During the season, I receive numerous inquiries about deer jerky, which I can not sell. However, I can offer beef jerky outside of the season. After testing our deer jerky recipe alongside others using beef, I want to see who would you be interested in purchasing beef jerky at a higher price point, reflecting the cost of store-bought meat? I have several steps i need to go thru to make this happen. So wondering if it would even be worth it.
