I have beef available September, October and November. Pickup from the butcher will be mid October and early & late November. If you have questions I will be happy to answer them.

I'm accepting reservations for April. If they gain better than I expect I may try to move the dates up if possible. They will be processed either in Klemme or Corwith. Klemme can either vacuum seal or wrap in paper.

I know I don't post very much. I don't have many ideas since it is an everyday thing for me. Most of my energy is spent caring for the cattle the best I know how to raise great tasting beef. Is there information or other types of posts you would like to see?

I have beef going to the locker on 8 Jan. Still have a half available in quarters or half. I will also be taking a cow in to be ground so plenty of hamburger available as well. The cow should yield lean and very good hamburger.

Beef is moving well this year. Next date is in January. 2 head going, 1 left not spoken for. I also have a lame cow going to be ground. She will provide excellent hamburger on the leaner side. Reserve your hamburger early if that is all you want or just want extra.

It's so hard to find good help. I have a customer who's freezer quit on them with no notice. Their loss is your opportunity for some outstanding beef processed at Blue Earth Locker . Pay me for the beef and the locker for processing.
