𝗘𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘀. 💛

As the sun sets on our Recknor Cattle Open House | weekend, we’re thankful for everyone who spent part of the last few days with us. Catching up with old friends, meeting new families, and sharing good conversations and plenty of laughs made this weekend special.

The cattle bring us together, but the friendships and people make these days ones we’ll remember.

Thank you to our family and crew for all the work behind the scenes, and to each of you who came to visit. We’re closing this Sunday grateful for this life, this community, and the opportunity to share it with you.

“This is the day which the Lord hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.”

𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗩𝗘𝗡 𝗠𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗦. 𝗡𝗘𝗪 𝗢𝗣𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦. 👀
We've spent the last few weeks celebrating some pretty special moments with families who purchased through previous Recknor Cattle sales.
Tonight, we're bringing those stories back around to the 2026 offering.
Lots 4, 7, 8, 9, 14, 15, 18 and 20 all have full siblings that have sold through our previous sales. And we've had a lot of fun watching what those cattle and their juniors have accomplished together.

Swipe through to see some familiar faces—and then meet the full sisters selling October 7. ➡️

For us, that's what makes these pictures special. It's not only looking back at banners and backdrop photos. It's seeing the relationships that started with those heifers, watching juniors work toward their goals, and getting another opportunity to offer these genetics to a new family.

Could one of them be the right fit for yours? Come see them this weekend.
