As beneficial as this will be for our kids.. we also found it beneficial for ourselves and our customers. High protein breakfasts.. serve us the whole day long.
Keep your eyes on those ingredients.. it takes a little time, but learning all the names sugar hides behind and watching out for corn and white rice.. can be so helpful.

We are open until 6:00 pm today and 9-1 on Saturday. Saturday is also customer appreciation and sample day!!

Don't worry if you are not a coffee lover; we have other drinks and lots of goodies planned, including Good Time's Hibiscus Tea with medicinal mushrooms.
