Today at Butler Coffee Lab, we turned a quieter day into something powerful.

With many of our guys away on vacation, we took the opportunity to invest in the incredible young women on our team through employee training focused on confidence, leadership, and self-advocacy.

These ladies showed up ready to learn, grow, and support one another — and we couldn’t be more proud of the strength, professionalism, and positivity they bring to our production facility every single day.

Congratulations to each of them on completing today’s training and earning their certificates! The future is bright when women empower women.
