Made a stop in Fayetteville, Arkansas last night to see one of our great partners at Theo’s — an upscale Chef driven restaurant just off Dixon Street. Hats to Executive Chef Sergios and Chef Rachel for taking our Hertzog Meat Co. premium dry-aged local beef and putting their own incredible touch on it. It’s pretty special to see what talented chefs can do with a product we take so much pride in producing.

And the steak tartare… WOW. I’ve literally never had anything like it. Absolutely out of this world.

We truly appreciate the partnership, the craftsmanship, and the incredible job the entire Theo’s team is doing. Cheers!
