Nights like tonight are pretty special.

We’re incredibly thankful to Ranch America, River Klass and Big Cedar Lodge for giving Hertzog Meat Co. the opportunity to be part of tonight’s episode on the Outdoor Channel.

Made a stop in Fayetteville, Arkansas last night to see one of our great partners at Theo’s — an upscale Chef driven restaurant just off Dixon Street. Hats to Executive Chef Sergios and Chef Rachel for taking our Hertzog Meat Co. premium dry-aged local beef and putting their own incredible touch on it. It’s pretty special to see what talented chefs can do with a product we take so much pride in producing.

And the steak tartare… WOW. I’ve literally never had anything like it. Absolutely out of this world.

We truly appreciate the partnership, the craftsmanship, and the incredible job the entire Theo’s team is doing. Cheers!

Hertzog Meat Co. will be CLOSED tomorrow for
4th so our team can enjoy the holiday with their families.

We’re OPEN TODAY until 6:00 PM, so swing by and grab those steaks, burgers, dogs, ribs, or anything else you need to make your Fourth of July weekend legendary.
