Loving the progress of our potato towers on the farm! This is our first year, so we're closely monitoring their development to see what changes we can make next year. So many potato recipes are dancing in our heads! 🥔🥔🥔

Thankful for this bountiful harvest. If you ordered Garlic through us, it'll be on its way on the 28th. This has been one of our best garlic harvest yet. We're excited about next years planting, coming up in October! We'll be tripling our growth for next year. So, if you weren't able to get our garlic this year, we'll have some available next season, and we're open to request. However, we have plenty Egyptian walking onion starter seeds that are still available!

We're out in the garden to gather up some of these beauties, for lunch.😊🍴 There's nothing better or sweeter then homegrown strawberries🍓. We'll be snipping these runners and increasing our yields, for the upcoming years. It's a blessing to be able to grow, nourish, and provide. Our grandchildren are going to love picking these, next time they visit the garden.🍓👨🏿‍🌾👩🏼‍🌾

On our way back home from town, we found this turtle on the roadway, and close to our house. He's now our little Farm turtle, living out his own dreams, and away from all roadways. We love his patterns and pray he can make himself a home, out here on the farm. What a beautiful western box turtle. Just need to think of a name, for this guy.

Our cold weather greens have really taken off! The farmer thought all was lost after the last hailstorm, but fear not, the Lord provides. With time and care, anything can grow. We are thankful for the blessings and a soon-to-be harvest of some collard greens! 🙏🥬

What would you do with the last of your bacon ends? Since this is the last of our Berkshire bacon ends it went three ways. We made some homemade bacon jam, bacon bits, and rendered some lard, for some baking. This round we modified by adding sweet peppers and balsamic vinegar! 🥓🥓🥓
