Happy Good Friday from Grove 45. Easter is just a few days away, and we’re sharing our favorite carrot cake cupcakes—made even better with our signature extra virgin olive oil🫒🐰🧁🥕

Save this for a little sweet inspiration for your Easter Sunday brunch ✨

Recipe (12 cupcakes):
1 cup flour • 1 tsp baking powder • ½ tsp baking soda • ½ tsp salt • 1½ tsp cinnamon • ½ tsp ginger
½ cup Grove 45 olive oil • ¾ cup brown sugar • 2 tbsp honey • 2 eggs • 1 tsp vanilla • 1½ cups grated carrot

Mix: whisk dry, whisk wet, combine (don’t overmix)
Bake: 350°F for 18–22 min
——
Frosting:
Cream cheese + butter + powdered sugar + vanilla

Finish with a drizzle of honey, walnuts, or fresh orange zest 🍊
