Summer 2026 is shaping up to be a busy one.

I'll be pouring at several events throughout Sonoma County over the next couple of months, and I'd love the opportunity to share a glass with you.
Whether you're attending Gay Wine Weekend, cheering on the Sonoma Stompers, joining us at Crush Collective, or stopping by one of the other events, I hope our paths cross somewhere along the way.

One event I'm particularly excited about is Crush Collective at Tamber Bey. Last year's event marked the first time Turnstile Cellars publicly poured wines, and it's hard to believe how much has happened in just one year.

For the Sonoma Stompers game on June 27, I have 10 complimentary tickets available. Reply to this post if you'd like one. First come, first served.

Hope to see you this summer.

Excited to share our first vintage of Chardonnay, the 2023 Cõnfluere, earned 98 points at the , winning Best of Class and Double Gold.

Jumping into winemaking, there have been plenty of moments of uncertainty, hard decisions, and learning as I go. To have my first vintage recognized in this way feels deeply rewarding.

Very grateful for everyone who has supported our small project.

I'm excited to share that Saisei Chardonnay received 93 points from James Suckling!

Jumping almost headfirst into the adventure and stress of winemaking, moments like this feel both surreal and deeply validating. More than anything, they remind me how grateful I am for everyone who has supported Turnstile Cellars along the way.

As a small thank you to those who have followed the journey, I've opened a short window to explore the Coastal Focus set featuring Saisei

We’re so excited to share our second vintage and Fall Release (link in bio)!

This year marks the return of our Scopus Vineyard Chardonnay, Cõnfluere, alongside two new additions: our first Purrington Rued Vineyard Chardonnay, Saisei, and our first blend, White Dragonfly, bringing both vineyards together in a bright, fruit-driven expression of Sonoma.

Each wine represents a step forward in our journey; exploring new sites, refining our craft, and deepening our sense of place.

Our third vintage in the cellar feels like another big step on the journey. We welcomed two new wines this year, a rosé and a Pinot Noir from UV Vineyard, and along the way gained new lessons, new friendships, and experiences that make this dream even more meaningful.

We are grateful for your support and excited to keep exploring what comes next. Explore on 🥂

Bottled. Pressed. Poured.

What a week. Monday we bottled three new wines (labels are now resting in the warehouse, shipping out in early November). Wednesday we drained and pressed our Rosé, killing it with aromas of strawberry, rose petal, cherry, and cranberry. Two fermenting barrels each from free run and press, keeping them separate for now.

By Friday, Pinot fruit arrived and we wrapped the week with a Rosé lineup and pizza. Hard to ask for more.

Plenty more to come on the Rosé project and Pinot soon.

Yesterday was a big milestone, our very first event at the shared space at Tamber Bey. We poured barrel samples and had a chance to share what we’ve been working on, and the response was incredible.

It was such a thrill to pour our current release, Cõnfluere, alongside two new wines: Saisei, from Purrington Rued Vineyard on the Sonoma Coast, showing a striking contrast to Cõnfluere, and White Dragonfly, a blend from both of our vineyards crafted in all neutral oak for an easygoing, fruit-forward style.

Couldn’t have asked for a better start to this next chapter.

A Weekend of Exploration!

Started with a visit to , where a glass of ‘Where’s the Pope?’ Syrah (Australia) kicked things off with a fresh perspective: fruit forward, lush, and smooth. Then up to the Open House with beautiful property, compelling wines, and a reminder of how site and craft come together.

Wrapped it all up today with a friend, sharing bottles and discovering two new producers. Standouts:
• A 1999 Stoney Hill Chardonnay—still vibrant, with notes of honeysuckle, honey, peach skin, spiced pear, and crushed granite.
• A 2019 Pinot Noir (Luminous Hills Vineyard)—dark fruited with bay leaf, to***co, earth, and forest mushroom.

There’s always something new to learn, and taste, if you’re curious enough to explore.
