Another vintage down, celebrating with some lunch from one the best pizzas Station St. Helena and some incredible w**es Ch*****ne Vouette & Sorbée Sphaerics Spring Mountain and of course some Turnstile Cellars 😜
There was also some good salad...
Appreciate the hard work from everyone to make the dream real.

Was a fun night meeting with the w**e group after a couple months. A little celebration of harvest and good w**es and great friends. The food was incredible Stella. All of it was great but the fish was the clear winner of the entrees.

Wines all around were good, nothing bad but a few winners, Barbi Brunello, Giacosa Barberseco, and the Grgich Merlot. Of course the Scherrer Platt Pinot (courtesy of Fred Scherrer ) was delicious and showing amazing. Also a good first dinner with our own Ember Dragonfly 😁

Looking forward to the next one.

Fermentation has officially started. Pumpovers and daily checks to make sure we make the best Cab. Color is looking great, smell is aromatically on point, and tastes are deep in black fruit territory!

It was so much fun to share these amazing w**es Okaeri Calistoga. Their property is gorgeous and the lounge with its built in Koi pond is so cool. If you're looking for a place to stay in Napa Valley, I'd highly suggest checking it out.

A fun hosting and the first ever showing of our first Pinot Noir.
We've also begun to partner with Grassl Glass to ensure our Chardonnay and Pinot show best! It was exciting to use them 😁

Summer is meant to be explored.
