Are you ready for our final bite in our June Variety Box? The wait is over! Our final bite is another ice cream inspired flavor….Rocky Road! Our Rocky Road Bite has an Oreo cookie crust, topped with a dark chocolate cheesecake filling mixed with crushed almonds and mini chocolate chips and swirls of marshmallow flavored cheesecake. We dip it in semi sweet chocolate and garnished with crushed almonds, a mini chocolate chip and dehydrated marshmallow. Yummy!!

Did you know June 17th is National Root Beer Day? We celebrate it every year as we have a Root Beer fanatic in our household and he’s been asking for a Root Beer inspired bite for quite sometime! We are excited to introduce our Root Beer Float Cheesecake Bite in our June Variety Box! This bite has a vanilla cookie crust topped with a Root Beer cheesecake filling blended with 1919 Root Beer. We add a bit of vanilla cheesecake filling on top of the root beer filling for a float like flavor. It’s dipped in a vanilla root beer coating and garnished with a root beer flavored drizzle.

Rhubarb is in season and ours is ready! Our next flavor in our June variety box is Strawberry Rhubarb. This bite has a graham cracker crust topped with our creamy cheesecake filling blended with a strawberry rhubarb compote, dipped in a ruby chocolate and garnished with both a ruby chocolate and strawberry drizzle. This bite is fruity, fresh and a bit tart all at the same time!

With Father’s Day being in June, we have some bite flavors in our June box we think dad’s will love. Our Cinnamon Roll bite is one of those flavors! This bite has a brown sugar and cinnamon graham cracker crust. We top that with our creamy plain cheesecake filling bursting with yummy cinnamon streusel pieces. Dipped in a cream cheese flavored coating and garnished with cinnamon sugar pearls. My grandfather would love these! Who wouldn’t want a Cinnamon Roll in a cheesecake!
