A plated meal always brings that clean, classic feel for a reception, especially when every course is ready for the room at once.
We catered a custom-plated meal for the NC State Bar with:
🥗 Pre-set salad: mixed greens with carrots, tomatoes & cucumbers
🥗 House vinaigrette + homemade ranch
🥔 Rosemary roasted red potatoes
🥦 Hot marinated grilled vegetables
🍗 Entrée: chicken stuffed with spinach & sun-dried tomatoes with Vermont white cheddar
🍄 Vegetarian entrée: portobello mushroom with tomato basil
🥖 Pre-set rolls with butter (baskets on tables)
🍰 Pre-set dessert: raspberry white chocolate cheesecake
