With heavy hearts, we honor the life and legacy of Chef Scott Fadden — a man who gave everything he had to his family, his craft and the people he served.
Scott wasn’t just an incredible chef — he was an incredible human. For over four decades, he poured his heart into his work, but it wasn’t about recognition or accolades. What truly set Scott apart was how much he cared. He showed up for people and went the extra mile. He made others feel seen, valued and taken care of— often through something as simple, and as powerful, as a meal made with love.
Family was always his foundation. His wife, children and grandchildren were his greatest joy, and everything he did reflected that deep commitment to them.
Even in the face of cancer, Scott fought with the same determination and selflessness that defined his entire life. He battled not just for himself, but to continue serving others — the way he always had. In 2023, we had the honor of capturing his story on video, and what stood out most wasn’t just his accomplishments — it was his unwavering dedication to people.
Scott leaves behind a legacy of kindness, hard work, humor and heart.
We are better for having known him. And we will carry his spirit forward in the way we serve others — just like he did, every single day.
