I am a fifth generation New Orleans native, My husband, Austin, and I moved to the Austin area after Hurricane Katrina. When we moved, we brought our distinctive New Orleans flavor to out new home, and we’re very excited about introducing this delightful treat to the Central Texas area and beyond! My family has been making pralines for generations, so making pralines is a birth right for me. I lea
