Lennar will fix the house. Finally!

After the inspection this week, Lennar has agreed there is a structural problem and said they will fix everything inside and out.

We are going to discuss the details this week, and compare their plan to the one my own structural engineer has made to ensure it gets done right.
Still a long road ahead.

Lennar sent another team of inspectors to look at our house.
This will be the third time it has been inspected...more photos and measurements.

Earlier this week, I received a call from a Divisional President, who is now taking an interest and coordinating things on their side.

We have also scheduled our own structural engineer to give us a report.

One step at a time. Getting everything in place.
Hopefully they'll choose to make everything right this time.

Could this be the solution to all our Lennar problems??

I think everyone could benefit from this if your foundation is failing and your home starts falling apart. Easy!

Who knew that having a Lennar warranty would make it HARDER to repair your home?

Since the assumption is that Lennar will take care of us, we have been told by independent foundation companies to go back to Lennar for repairs because we are still under warranty.

For them, it's not worth the time and effort of coming out when they think Lennar is going to do the work themselves.
Can't blame them. We had that assumption too...

Lennar shut down comments on their
Insta and TT channels after everyone starting holding them accountable.

The online community rallying with us against these builders has been amazing!
THANK YOU!

As requested, more detail on the cracked and shifting foundation built by Lennar (Lennar).

The cracks start on one side, and can be followed all the way through to the opposite exterior wall.
When Lennar sent their inspectors, their conclusion was that the foundation level was within standard norms and all the cracks in the house are not structural but purely cosmetic.

Our Lennar home has significant structural issues but they won't fix it.

Our house is still inside a 10-year warranty. For the last 12 months, we've been fighting with them to fix this. Every time, they tell us there is nothing to fix, and that huge gap in the side and multiple cracks through the interior walls and floor is just cosmetic and "not a structural component of the house".
Massive fail, Lennar!
