Farm store open Saturday 10-2pm

The only place you can find all the chicken cuts, whole chickens, spatchcock chickens and lots of ground chicken options around straight from the farmer.

All chickens are raised on pasture and processed in our on farm butcher shop.

One of a kind farm shopping experience right here in Centralia, Mo!

Don’t worry we are fully stocked with locally raised pork, beef, ground lamb, beefalo steaks, honey and eggs too!

Saturday special!!! Grab some hot honey for your bbq ribs or chicken wings. The coffee infused is a favorite over ice cream or a spoonful treat.

Heads up!

While we will NOT be at the Mexico Farmers Market tomorrow, we ARE running the Benoit Family Farm store!

While they stock our original honey regularly at the store, they have graciously offered to allow us to sell our infused/flavored honeys while we run the store tomorrow! At this time, the infused honeys will only be there tomorrow and we will only be bringing a limited amount!!

P.S. while our infused honeys pair great with many meats, one of our favorites is the hot honey with chicken wings!!

Farm store is open Saturday 10-2pm

Your favorite honey producers are going to be covering again tomorrow.

Come chat all things honey and bees with them and stock up on all locally raised meats.

We just picked up a beef from the locker, those high end steaks sell out FAST for good reason.

I will be back in the store as soon as I can, baby is taking his time and draining my energy.

Our last bulk Beef for the year is headed to Center Locker on August 27th.

We have simplified the ordering process where if you order a quarter beef its all a set order sheet and you don't even have to call the locker.

If you order a half or whole beef then you get full ability to choose all your favorite cuts.

When you get on our order page just select through the different options- quarter, half or whole and it will show you the estimated costs.

This beef will be picked up from the locker for you if requested the week of September 14th and can be picked up right here at the Farm Store.

Last chicken processing of the year!

In three months time we stocked all our freezers with enough pastured chicken to feed our community for a whole year.

We started this in 2019 and continue to grow, learn and expand every year since.

We have a lot more followers the last couple days (thank you!!)

Let me introduce our family farm to you….

We moved here in 2015 with the dream of homesteading. This was Erica’s grandparents farm and we had an almost 2 year old and 2 month old.

By 2017 we had accidentally started this farm to consumer farm just from friends and neighbors wanting to eat the same meats we were.

Along the way we added in two more kiddos and another on the way.

In 2025 we took a huge risk and built our on farm poultry processing facility with store front to better serve our community.

Every Saturday 10-2pm you come out and support local agriculture and put real meat on your family’s table.

We are forever grateful for the opportunity to feed your family and the trust you put into our family.
