It's bulk beef season, and with that comes a lot of questions — so let me take a minute to explain where our beef actually comes from.
A lot of you trust me because you see me here and in the store every week. I don't take that lightly.
But that trust was built because I first trusted some really great cattlemen who taught me a lot when we were just getting started.
We do have our own small herd of Dexter and Jersey cattle on our 30 acres — but it's a limited supply, and that beef usually goes to the same families year after year.
When we opened the farm store, we partnered with two local farmers right here in Centralia — people who helped us get started and who we genuinely trust. They raise their cattle on the same feed program we use, so the quality stays consistent across everything we sell.
All of our beef is:
- Locally raised
- No routine antibiotics (any animal that needs treatment is cared for and not sold through our program)
- Traditional vaccines only — no mRNA
If we wouldn't feed it to our own family, it doesn't come through our door.
Right now we have quarter beef available — cut, packaged, and ready for your freezer. A simple mix of steaks, roasts, and ground beef.
If you've been thinking about filling your freezer, now's the time. Message me or stop by Saturday 10–2.
