When asked about her journey with PKG, Jessica shared:
 
“I was given the opportunity to join PKG in April 2018, and what immediately captured my admiration was that PKG is a true scratch kitchen, something that’s becoming more and more rare these days. The hard work and dedication it takes to create clean, fresh, and affordable food is a real hustle, and it truly takes the entire team to make it happen, from the corporate level all the way to our hosts.
 
The motivation and leadership that Big Mike brings to the team is always inspiring and pushes us all to achieve more. I’ve had the privilege of working at multiple locations throughout OC and SD, and I’m currently the General Manager for SA. I’m incredibly proud to be a part of the PKG family!”
 
Jessica’s words perfectly capture the heart of what is all about, teamwork, passion, and pride in what we do every single day. Silvia has been part of the Panini Kabob Grill family for nearly a decade, beginning her journey with PKG on January 4, 2016. She joined the company as the General Manager of our former Beverly Hills location.
 
Through years of dedication, leadership, and a passion for developing strong teams, Silvia has grown into her current role as the Training Director for the Los Angeles area, helping guide and support the next generation of PKG leaders and team members.
 
Silvia’s commitment, experience, and leadership continue to make a lasting impact across our restaurants, and we’re incredibly grateful for everything she brings to the every single day. Thank you, Silvia, for your years of hard work, support, and dedication! 💛

For the past 8 years, Jose has been an important part of the Panini Kabob Grill family. As our Director of Catering, Jose plays a huge role in helping bring PKG to offices, celebrations, family gatherings, and special events across Southern California.
 
Jose’s dedication, leadership, and commitment to creating memorable experiences for our guests have helped our catering program continue to grow year after year. Whether he’s coordinating a corporate lunch, a wedding, or a large family gathering, Jose always brings the same passion, care, and attention to detail that make PKG special.
