Owned and operated by chef Meghan Timby, we are proud to be a woman-owned business led by one of the few woman executive chefs in Charleston. With an unfaltering commitment to exquisite cuisine and true Southern hospitality, Rosemary & Rye approaches every event, from galas and banquets to a dinner for two, with the utmost care and attention to detail. Our team of classically-trained chefs combine decades of experience and culinary knowledge spanning numerous continents to deliver dishes that excel in both taste and presentation.

A wedding that felt like an elegant garden dinner party!

For their cocktail hour hors d’oeuvres, Brooke and Tristan chose mini crab cakes with lemon aioli, spinach-artichoke tartlets, and baked brie crostini with honey, cranberry relish and rosemary dust.

The intimate seated dinner featured a plated menu, starting with our classic Rosemary & Rye Salad and followed by a choice of filet mignon with cabernet demi-glace, pecan-encrusted chicken with bourbon maple mustard sauce, and wild mushroom ravioli in a porcini cream sauce. And sides including garlic mashed potatoes, roasted seasonal vegetables, and three-cheese macaroni.

For dessert, the couple had their classic wedding cake as well as our chocolate mousse cups with seasonal fruit topping.

The couple also renamed their signature cocktail, the West Side Fizz, in a nod to their sweet pup and thus it became, The Sawyer! A drink that was “guaranteed to make your tail wag!”
