I wanted a chicken Parmesan Cesar salad sandwich but not that 🤭 soooo stay with me. I make a Cesar like salad with fried crispy onions and banana peppers. Then I seasoned and grilled chicken and topped it with a pepper jack cheese and bacon. I toasted some bread that I slathered in roasted garlic and butter. Deep sigh …. Judge your momma! This bad boy is what dreams are made of! 🤭

Lemon Honey Roasted Chicken was a hit last night for dinner. And absolutely love being able to pull basil from my home garden to add a little razzle dazzle to my dish.

Kicked off the weekend catering lite bites for the at the international African-American Museum. A menu of flavorful bites like our chicken teriyaki skewers over our Hawaiian rice, spinach and artichoke stuffed mushrooms, cheese tortellini pasta Caesar salad, mini chicken tacos, and our spicy rasta pasta.
