Help our friends The Tyler Creek Farm & Mini Mercantile find their Farm Stand A New Home!! They are expanding
Edit: SOLD!!!
🏡 Our Little Mercantile Building is FOR SALE!
We’re expanding the Tyler Creek Farm Mini Mercantile and Refillery!
According to the Free-to-me-contractor, this one needs to find a new home so he can move the larger one in this space to accommodate utilities.
We would love to find someone who can put our original little farmstand to good use. It would make a wonderful farmstand, roadside market, small shop, she shed, personal office space, or even a backyard workspace!
A few details about the building:
• 8 x 12, including the covered front porch
• Amish made by Mountaineer Buildings
• Fully finished and insulated interior with upgraded finishes
• Residential door with digital keypad
• Residential electrical outlets and upgraded interior lighting
• 60 amp breaker box
• Outdoor electrical disconnect with SO power cord
• Windows for natural light
• Covered front porch with exterior lighting
• Already set up and operating as a farm store/farmstand!
The building will need to be moved, but we can connect you with our favorite shed moving guy who can relocate it for a very reasonable price!
If you’ve been thinking about opening your own little farmstand it need a heated interior for your farmstand this winter, this could be a great opportunity to get started before winter without having to build from scratch!
📍 Located on Tyler Mountain, just 1 mile past the Cold Spot in Dunbar, WV.
Please message me if you’re interested, have questions, or would like to come take a look!
We’re excited about our next chapter at the Mercantile, but we’d sure love to see this little building find a wonderful new home! Otherwise… it’s going to be my office space but don’t tell Mr. Fix It!❤️
