In preparation for St. Patrick’s Day, we’re brining our house-made corned beef using locally raised, grass-fed and grass-finished beef, all prepared in-house.

Each order includes a spice kit and cooking instructions so you can create the perfect holiday meal at home. Prefer it ready to enjoy? Pre-cooked and sliced corned beef is available too.
